REHABILITATION OF SPINE

Civilization damages locomotive regime of people. As a result of mostly one-side overstrained muscle, unbalance appears resulting in back pain.

Due to one-sided stress there is a growth of excessively strong and short groups of muscles and on the other hand a growth of groups of muscles that are too weak. Spine rehabilitation is aimed at getting back the lost balance of muscles and improving the mobility of spine. Exercising is carried out in various positions.
